Happy Halloween! Family costume reveal + a few recipes

Happy Halloween! We’re so excited to reveal our costumes today. (If you follow us on Instagram, you might have already caught them.)
A trip to Hogwarts with Harry Potter, Hermione and Hedwig!
We had SO much fun putting these costumes together! We just started reading the books with Larson and watched the first movie. He's totally immersed in the universe so it was extra fun to bring to life.
Every year we do a family costume (minus Alex, who flat-out refuses!). This year baby Britta joined the crew and isn't she the cutest little owl? Technically Hedwig is a snowy owl, but we couldn't resist this sweet little brown owl outfit. And of course our dog Clover didn't want to be left out of the fun either!
Each year we create costumes that are semi-homemade, so we try to collect items from various places to create the look. It was a challenge finding all the parts and pieces, but we love how it all came out.
