I was excited to see new recipes just in time for the holidays but was disappointed with the dairy-heavy renditions….although vegan versions are provided, let’s be honest here, they aren’t ideal in these particular recipes. I recommend revamping the mash potato recipe to include veganese, vegetable broth, and ample seasoning.
