It’s September! Beautiful produce is still going wild but there might be chill in the air. There’s still time to eat all the pasta salad and mix up batches of pesto (we’re not quite ready for pumpkin over here!). Plus, we’ve got a delicious fun new way to make tofu that will convert you into a lover if you aren’t already…and a yummy baking project. Let’s go!
It’s still pasta salad season! This one is so fun and simple, with tomatoes, fresh herbs, feta, and a tangy vinaigrette. We couldn’t get enough of it over here!
This one is SO.GOOD! Crispy tofu in just 20 minutes (which is some kind of record, really). It comes out perfectly seasoned, with extra crunchy edges and a tender interior, and will make a tofu lover out of anyone! We love it with rice and veggies, or in bowl meals.
While it’s still the season, make up a beautiful batch of bright green basil pesto for this pesto chicken! It both looks and tastes absolutely stunning.
These muffins are so much fun! They taste just like coffee cake, but they’re quicker and easier to make. Buttermilk makes a beautifully tender crumb, and a sweet cinnamon streusel gives a crunch to each bite.
