How is it the last day of August? This week we were gifted a massive amount of basil from a friend, so we made all the pesto recipes. We also got a ton of produce at the farmers market to inspire our recipes for the next few weeks: eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes and more!

You may know that we eat oatmeal every day over here…and here’s our new standard recipe! We make the microwave version with a cook time of just 2 minutes. It’s so tasty and we like to top it with peanut butter, maple syrup and a hint of milk or cream. Larson and Sonja eat this on repeat. There’s also a stovetop version included too!
