Welcome to October! There are so many great things about this month, like pumpkin and apple everything! We’ve already been to the apple orchard, picked out the pumpkins, and decorated the front steps with cobwebs and our friendly skeleton, Bob. Here are some fun recipes for all the festivities!

OK, this is our #1 thing to make this month! It’s smooth, creamy, and tastes just like pumpkin pie…plus it takes minutes to whip up. Serve with apple slices as a snack or starter for a fall dinner. (We just served it after apple picking with friends and it was a big hit, kids and grown-ups alike!)
There’s major wow-factor to this pasta, which comes together in under 30 minutes! Earthy, fruity sundried tomatoes lend a meaty quality to this easy vegetarian dish, which is bathed in a Parmesan cream sauce. We couldn’t stop raving about each bite!
Another fun baking project for this time of year! Aka our #2 pick for things to make this month. It’s got a moist, tender crumb, and is bursting with tangy fruit, warm spices, and a brown sugar cinnamon swirl.
A fun drink for the season! A spiced apple cider syrup infuses major fall nostalgia into this simple drink. Add fresh lime and tequila and it’s the season’s signature drink!
