Happy May! New email format, but it’s still us with new recipes and inspiration! (We’ve simply moved the newsletter to Substack, if you’re a fan.) Here’s what we’ve been cooking up this week:
Honestly this is one of our favorite vegetarian pastas we’ve ever made! The Parmesan garlic sauce is life-giving. (This makes a spinach lover out of anyone.)
Where are our chocolate muffin lovers at? I still remember the first time I had one and it was a total revelation. This one is perfectly moist with a deep chocolate flavor and lots of chips. (Bonus: it’s easy to make vegan using dairy-free milk.)
Tis the season! Homemade is infinitely better than purchased. Our son Larson wants to have a lemonade stand soon, and this is the family recipe we’ll make. (He’s saving up for a skateboard.)
It’s time! Have you started growing fresh herbs yet? Our favorites: basil, thyme, oregano, dill, chives, and rosemary. Oh and tarragon. Here’s some more info on how to get started!
I always know I can count on your recipes being easy to follow and delicious. Just fixed the creamy spinach pasta and my husband thought it was the best. I have a hard time picking my fave. Thanks for sharing your fun and delicious recipes.
I am a senior adult and have loved, loved your blog site, reading every recipe. I loved the colorful format and ease of navigation. I loved the variety of recipes that you posted every week. Fun. Sure hope I can adapt to the new 'look'
