A tasty fall dinner or side, starring a rice stuffing with garlic, kale, sage and pecans! These fall flavors accentuate the sweet squash perfectly. It’s GF and easily made vegan.
Our new favorite fall treat! One dough makes the bottom crust and buttery crumbles of streusel topping, layered under and over a spiced apple filling. Top it off with a sweet maple icing drizzle that tastes a bit like melty vanilla ice cream. Y.U.M.
A great easy side for the season: hearty kale, crisp apples, sweet carrot, and a zingy maple apple cider vinegar dressing. Toss with sliced toasted almonds to make it sing!
The perfect fall or Thanksgiving side dish? Bake acorn squash in a hot oven until it’s moist and tender, then top with a brown butter maple drizzle.
