Summer pie, smoked salmon, and recipes for the week!

Here’s summer’s finest! Sweet tart pink stalks and summer berries make the absolute best pie filling, encased in golden crispy pastry. (We created a new pie crust recipe for this one.) This is our last and favorite of all the rhubarb recipes we’ve been sharing.
Ever tried homemade smoked salmon? If you’ve got an outdoor smoker, the rich, smoky flavor it infuses is absolutely incredible. Alex created this fantastic recipe, featuring a dry rub with spices and brown sugar. Another fun summer baking project! These muffins are light, fluffy and lightly sweet, packed juicy purple berries for a blast of sweet tart in every bite. (Perfect for blueberry picking or bananas browning on the counter…)
